We are Matera! Local Mate IceTea

A group of 8 ambitious students that founded the "Minientreprise" Matera in School (Lycée Aline Mayrisch).

We got the idea to create our own drink, when we first met on a school ski trip in France. We bounded together to create the first Luxembourgish Mate Ice-tea. Our Mate tastes best when served cold.

Our goal is to replace unhealthy energy drinks that contain lots of sugar. Yerba Mate tea contains caffeine that keeps you awake and boosts your concentration. Compared to caffeine in coffee, Yerba Mate does not lead to the usual crash of tiredness that comes with drinking cofee.
